Women in Ecommerce News February 2015

On the day we sent this newsletter (February 2nd) it was Ground Hog Day! In addition to being Groundhog day, February 2nd is International Networking Day.  A perfect day to reach out to your friends around the globe and  connect with them, focusing on the relationships you are building through the wonderful resources at your disposal, beginning with social media.

Over the past 13 years I have had the privilege of meeting thousands of amazing women (and a few good men) which is why I am excited to share International Networking Day with you… The perfect day to send out our monthly (almost) newsletter. And we have lots of news to share!

If you have not yet heard about The W.O.W. (Women of Wisdom®) Conference taking place March 4-8, 2015, please go check it out. It is our very first global leadership meeting for women and we have some amazing things in store for all delegates, speakers and sponsors who attend. In addition to exceptional speakers, we have exciting cultural events including trips to Sintra, Lisbon (and a Palace or two). We are also planning a not-to-be-missed gala where we gals get to dress up, listen to local music, be entertained, dance and even give out the Golden Mouse Award  to a handful of the women attending. We have a brand-new member benefit. It is the Women in Ecommerce bi-monthly eblast we will be sending out to our database of more than 15,000 (plus social media promotion of 50K+).  If you have “news” an event or a special offer to share with our audience of women (and men), send to news@wecai.org with Member News in the subject line (before the 3rd of each month). Gold, Platinum and Lifetime members are invited to submit something newsworthy once a month. Silver members may submit once a quarter (every 3 months). This will be a separate email from our newsletter so we encourage you to take advantage of it.
